RAD Checklists
Parent completed checklists are a major source of information and are used by clinicians to diagnosis RAD. The Infant Attachment Checklist was developed and copyrighted by Dr. Buenning. The checklist is appropriate for infants and toddlers to the age of 20-24 months. The Child Attachment Checklist contains 28 items; 16 of the items came from a checklist developed and used by Evergreen Consultants. Twelve additional items were developed by Dr. Buenning and added to the original 16 to produce the 28-item Child Attachment Checklist. The checklist is appropriate for 5 years of age and older, including teenagers.
